When purchasing this Basket.. 
Provide the Following: 

1. Child’s Name 
2. Grade 
3. Favorite Colors 
4. 3-4 Supplies needed for School
5. Favorite thing- Can be anything like; Ponies, ballerinas, Flowers, butterflies, tv show, movie, sport… Each Basket will have something custom and Sentimental to your Child and Basket!
